These days I am not as active as I decided I will

These days I am not as active as I decided I will be in 2021. Reason for it is my chronic pain and still unresolved tendon injury. I'm trying to strengthen my mind to not get overwhelmed and completely abandoned my schedule at least for tasks I can manage from bed. I am telling you this because often social media only portraits highlights of other people lives and maybe you think that you are only one with bad moments. Not true! We all have bad days and sticky situation in lives , what matters is how we gonna deal with them. As a person with chronic illness I can tell it is frustrating but is way worse if you approach to it with negative mind. Stay strong and always be kind to yourself 💙 Meanwhile here is a photo of me while I was still roaming around castles ☺️
